  1. Absolutely agree, Jay and Gina. Communication is crucial and you guys do a great job of being out in front of communication and setting proper expectations. But as we know, things ALWAYS shift, sometimes a little, sometimes a lot. Being flexible in meeting the client’s needs is essential. Great post!
